CBI Orchid pots are made of purple clay and are hand thrown (made on pottery wheel).  

The pottery has many holes for aeration of the Orchid roots. They also have drainage holes in the bottom of the pot, in addition to a stand or legs for water to drain from under the pots after watering. The decoration on the pots is hand carved.

The Orchids pots are high-fired, 2,400 Deg Fahrenheit. This makes them very durable and frost resistant. These pots will not deteriorate if left outside.

Colors available are black, brown and beige. Not all styles are available in all three colors.

The pottery size is custom made for dropping in plastic containers for customers not wanting to replant the Orchid. A 4 inch pot will accept a 4 inch plastic pot. A 6 inch pot will accepts a 6 inch plastic pot, etc.
